The Voyages of Roam & Roam II
Roam is a 1981 Rival 34 sloop designed by Peter Brett. We sailed her from Southampton in May 2005 to Turkey in 2007. Roam II is a Najad 390 launched in 1987, we found her in Marmaris in late 2007 and completed the purchase early 2008. We will continue our voyages - 'roaming' around the Med and further into 2008 and beyond. read below for news and updates.....

Roam II is in: Yat Marina, Marmaris, Turkey
We've had a good season familiarising ourselves with Roam II doing about 1500 miles. Now we want to prepare her and ourselves for our next step - hopefully down the Red Sea and eastwards to India
We're now back at Yat Marina for winter. We had a fantastic welcome back when we tried to cycle round the marina to have a look around. Infact we only managed about 30 yards before we were invited onboard Impulse for rum & cokes and then Mianda for G&T's. what a start!
